For more than 20 years, the Fauntleroy Fall Festival has been a fixture in the Fauntleroy neighborhood — bringing the community together annually to celebrate all that is autumn.

Favorite neighborhood traditions return each year, with activities around the schoolhouse, church, and Y campus. Look for:
Admission is free. Food and drink may be available for purchase. Check the festival map for day-of locations.
Nearby street parking on and around California Ave SW is limited. Arrive early, follow day-of signage, and consider carpooling when you can.
King County Metro’s C Line serves this location along California Ave SW. Plan your trip with the King County Metro trip planner. The Fauntleroy ferry terminal is nearby for riders coming from Vashon or Southworth.
The festival spans indoor and outdoor spaces across the schoolhouse, church, and YMCA. Surfaces and access can vary by activity. Email fauntleroyfallfestival@gmail.com if you have specific access questions.
We go rain or shine, with both indoor and outdoor activities. Dress for a typical Seattle autumn afternoon.
Certain things have remained in our 20 year legacy–we have and always will try to be free to our community. All activities at the festival are committed to making the event safe and fun for our neighbors and families. Our legacy activities–salmon hats, pumpkin painting, and birdhouse building have and will persist. Additionally, the endless support of our neighborhood organizations and companies that remain committed to keeping this event free to the neighborhood.
Certain things, unfortunately, have changed due to the changing nature of our neighborhood–chief among those is the costs required to provide this event and to keep it free for all neighborhood families. If you would like to help us toast the community, we ask that you consider a donation or volunteer to support the festival.
